This is the kind of calendar you would expect to find in Hours for Paris Use, illuminated by major masters and workshops active in Paris c.1390-c.1420.
No manuscript calendar is without scribal errors, (about 25-35 is normal, and acceptable). Has it 60 or more variants is it no longer Parisian, and you must look elsewhere for a parallel.
See the Composite Paris Calendar 1330-1530
If you have a manuscript illuminated later by artists like the Coetivy-Master workshop or int the style of "Maitre Francois"" will you very quickly see that the calendar has changed dramatically on a large number of days.
Early "Horae ad usum Romanum" with calendar in French (c.1410-1450) are usually completely different (sometimes likely self-fabricated).

You are welcome to send digital photos for a closer analysis. There could eventually be a perfect match waiting for you
[The calendars in the manuscripts made for Jean Duc de Berry are all uniques, individually composed for each manuscript, and without any followers except in his own manuscripts- See Les Petites Heures de Jean de Berry: Introduction and link to a Table with three manuscripts]

Abbreviations:
All MSS.: Same entry in all recorded sources from Paris (obvious errors are ignored, like major Gregorian feasts placed on the wrong day)
Auct.: (Auctaria) Important information added to local manuscript copies of the Martyrologium Usuardi, explaining some irregular dates, see Usuard below.
BHL: Bibliotheca Hagiographica Latina, I-II, Bruxelles 1898-1901, + Suppl.1911
Grf.: Hermann Grotefend: Zeitrechnung des deutschen Mittelalters und der Neuzeit, I-III, Hannover und Leipzig 1891-1898
Holweck: F. G. Holweck: A Biographical Dictionary of the Saints, St.Louis 1924 (Reprint 1990). [Has comprehensive information about former (medieval) feast days, now suppressed by the Cathatolic Church].
MP: The liturgical calendar in Missale Parisiense (14th cent. Ms.Thott 146 4to)
+Missale Parisiense (Gering et Rembolt pour Simon Vostre, Paris 24.xii.1497, Bibl. Ste-Genevieve OEXV162]
MR: Martyrologium Romanum Gregorii XIII. (any edition before 1900)
PP: Paul Perdrizet: Le Calendrier Parisien a la fin du moyen age, Paris 1933
The calendar in the Hours used by Perdrizet is not representative. The manuscript was written and illuminated in Burgundy and has never been in Paris! It is now called "Group-P." (represented by 9 sources). The impressive knowledge and documentation in his notes contain, however, some very valuable and comprehensive information.
Usuard: Martyrologium Usuardi. (Migne PL Tom. 123-124 (ed. Jean-Baptiste Sollier), Paris 1879) @: Marks a "Critical Day" with three or more different variants
(these days were originally empty or had other informations, like the turn of a Zodiac or Ides; Some octaves and vigils were also later replaced by a saint. A good example is known from the facsimile of the "Rohan Hours")
For verification of some variants has the Index to Victor Leroquais' two major works been frequently colsulted (Sacramentaires et Missels, I-II, 1924 and Breviaires Manuscrits, I-V, 1934).
Besides a large number of calendars in early printed books of hours of various uses, recorded on the databases.
