See Pächt & Jenni: Holländische Schule, Wien 1975, p.100, Tafeln Abb.293; There are many other similar bindings (f.ex.: Cambridge, Fitzwilliam Mus. ms.136; Manchester, John Rylands Library ms. A new complete survey of the Agnus Dei platestamps will be published by Margriet Hülsmann.
